These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MateSplit mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), MateSplit mobil uygulamasını ("uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. License1. Lisans
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. MateSplit offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a one-time "lifetime" purchase that unlock Premium features. MateSplit, Premium özellikleri açan isteğe bağlı otomatik yenilenen abonelikler (aylık ve yıllık) ve tek seferlik bir "ömür boyu" satın alma sunar.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- A subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı; tersine mühendislik yapmaya çalışmamayı, ona müdahale etmemeyi veya herhangi bir yasa dışı amaçla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.

MateSplit is a tool that helps you record and divide shared expenses. The calculations it provides are for your convenience and do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying amounts and any real-world payments between you and others. MateSplit, ortak masrafları kaydetmenize ve bölmenize yardımcı olan bir araçtır. Sağladığı hesaplamalar kolaylık amaçlıdır ve finansal, muhasebe, vergi veya hukuki tavsiye niteliği taşımaz. Tutarları ve sizinle başkaları arasındaki gerçek ödemeleri doğrulamaktan siz sorumlusunuz.

The app, including its name, design, and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms conflict with that agreement, the relevant terms of Apple's EULA apply to your use via the App Store. App Store'dan indirilen uygulamalar ayrıca Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesine (EULA) tabidir. Bu Koşulların söz konusu sözleşmeyle çeliştiği durumlarda, App Store üzerinden kullanımınızda Apple EULA'sının ilgili hükümleri geçerlidir.
